How to Delete Your Data from lofivibz
lofivibz allows users to delete cached data stored by our application, including posts, comments, messages, conversation history, and related Meta integration data.
To delete your cached data:
- Log in to your lofivibz account.
- Go to the Accounts page.
- Select the connected Facebook or Instagram account you want to manage.
- Click Delete Cached Data.
- Confirm that you want to delete your cached data.
Once confirmed, lofivibz will delete cached data associated with the selected connected account from our application.
What Data Is Deleted
When you select Delete Cached Data, lofivibz deletes cached data stored by Sunset Technologies LLC for the selected connected account, including:
- Posts
- Comments
- Messages
- Conversation history
- Cached account data
- Cached media references
- Cached automation-related data
This action removes the stored data from lofivibz. It does not delete posts, comments, messages, or media from Facebook, Instagram, or Meta’s systems.
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram Access
You may also remove lofivibz’s access directly through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Removing access may prevent lofivibz from retrieving new posts, comments, or messages, and may stop automated responses from functioning.
Manual Data Deletion Requests
If you are unable to access your account or cannot use the Delete Cached Data option, you may request deletion manually by contacting us at:

Please include enough information for us to identify your lofivibz account and connected Facebook or Instagram account.
Important Notes
Deleting cached data may remove conversation history, automation context, and other stored information needed for lofivibz to operate.
After deletion, lofivibz may need to retrieve new data from Facebook or Instagram again if you continue using the application and your account remains connected.
